CollabNet Enterprise Edition: Project Management

The CEE Project Metrics tool can generate the following reports:

• Various artifact statistics at the project level - a count of Project Tracker artifacts matching a specified criteria.
• Count of active projects in the domain based on the specified Subversion client transactions.
• Count of active users in the domain or a set of selected projects based on the specified Subversion client transactions.
• Count of Subversion activities at the project level.
• Count or size of file downloads from ViewVC at the project or domain level.

• Define and store reports in project pages or the Project Metrics landing page. Stored reports can be edited later.

• Configure ad-hoc reports in the same way as stored reports. Ad-hoc reports cannot be saved or edited later.

• Point-In-Time Report: Shows status at a particular moment. The data is always as of the last data collection date.
• Trend Report: Displays activity over a user-specified period of time (timeframe), such as "Last 7 days". Each timeframe supports a different granularity: daily, weekly, or monthly.

• Users can add and configure reports directly within CEE project pages. The Project Metrics landing page displays hyperlinked reportlets. Clicking on a reportlet will display the full report in chart and tabular formats. Users can also use the report URL to embed the report in any html page.

• Pre-defined, itemized Subversion reports help domain owners determine project activity, file download activity, and user activity on the site.

• Drill-down from the graphical view of the Subversion reports to view the detailed list of items that constitute the actual count shown in the Subversion reports.

• Both Trend Reports and Point-In-Time Reports can be exported to PDF, XLS, and CSV formats. For PDF, both chart and table are exported. For XLS and CSV only data are exported.

• Reports are fully internationalized based on selected browser locale or CEE site locale (supports English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean).
